FALL EVENTS

• Tues. Aug. 5 @ Peace Auditorium – Band Night (6:00-8:00pm) – ALL

• Thurs. Aug. 7 @ Rialto Cinema NE Loop 410 – DCI 2014: Big, Loud, and Live   (5:30pm-10:30pm) - OPTIONAL

• Fri. Sept. 12 @ Faith Building - Back-to-School BBQ/Bake Sale (5:30pm) - ALL - Bring a dozen cookies, brownies, etc. in Ziploc bags. Drop off before school (3^rd floor) or after school (Faith Bldg.)

• Sat. Sept. 13 @ TX State – Mrs. Conard performs/marches with Bobcat Alumni Band at football game – OPTIONAL

• Sun. Oct. 6 @ UTSA Recital Hall – Mrs. Conard performs with the San Antonio Wind Symphony (5:00pm) - OPTIONAL

• Fri. Oct. 10 @ Sanctuary - Grandparent's Day Concert (11:00am-11:45am) – SB

• Thurs. Oct. 23 @ FBA 3rd Floor - Fall Concert (4:00pm-4:45pm) – BB, CB

• Sun. Nov. 16 @ Smithson Valley High School – Mrs. Conard performs with the San Antonio Wind Symphony (5:00pm) - OPTIONAL

• Mon. Dec. 1 @ Navarro HS - HS Region Band Auditions (Depart FBA at 2:45pm) – SB (select students)

• Sat. Dec. 6 @ Fiesta TX – Holiday in the Park (5:00pm performance) - SB
• Tickets are $18.50 for performers, $25 for family/friends

• Mon. Dec. 8 @ LaVernia HS – Region Band Clinic/Concert (clinic 8:00am, concert 7:00pm) – SB (select students)

• Tues. Dec. 9 @ Sanctuary - Christmas Concert (7:00-8:30pm) – ALL - Bring a dozen cookies, brownies, etc. for Christmas concert.

• Wed. Dec. 10 @ Sanctuary – Band Chapel (9:10-9:40am) - TBD - Band Council delivers Christmas Cookies to school and church staff

• Sun. Dec. 14 @ Sanctuary – FBA Sunday Performance (a.m.) – CB

• Sun. Dec. 14 @ UTSA Recital Hall -Mrs. Conard performs with the San Antonio Wind Symphony (5:00pm) - OPTIONAL

SPRING EVENTS

• Sat. Jan 10 @ Orange Grove HS - Area Band Auditions (Depart FBA Friday at 4pm) – SB (select students)

• Mon. Jan 19 @ FBA 3^rd Floor – Required MS Region Band Practice (1:30-3:30pm) – CB (select students)

• Tues. Jan 20—Fri. Jan 30 @ FBA – Valentine-Gram fundraiser

• Tues. Jan 20 @ Navarro HS - MS Region Band Auditions (Depart FBA at 2:45pm) – CB (select students)

• Tues. Jan 27 @ La Vernia HS – MS Region Clinic/Concert (clinic 8:00am, concert 7:00pm) – CB (select students)

• Wed. Feb 11--Sat. Feb 14 @ Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center/Lila Cockrell Theater – ATSSB All-State Clinic/Concert (depends on Area auditions results)

• Fri. Feb 13 @ FBA – Deliver Valentine Grams – SB (band council)

• Tue. Feb 24 @ FBA – Pre-TAPPS contest (time TBD) – SB

• Sun. Feb 22 @ TBD - Mrs. Conard performs with the San Antonio Wind Symphony (5:00pm) - OPTIONAL

• Thur. March 26—Sat. March 28 @ Mary Hardin Baylor Univ. - TAPPS Music Championships (vocal/instrumental) – SB

• Sun. Apr 26 @ Stevens HS - Mrs. Conard performs with the San Antonio Wind Symphony (5:00pm) - OPTIONAL

• Tues. Apr 28 @ Sanctuary – Band Chapel (9:00am) – TBD

• Tues. Apr 28 @ Sanctuary – Spring Band Concert (7:00-8:30pm) – ALL - Band students will be billed $2 to help cover reception expenses

•  Thurs. Apr 30 @ New Gym - Band Buddy Social (2:00pm-2:45pm) - SB/BB - Band students will play games and have ice cream party

• Sat. May 9 @ Stevens HS – MS Band Contest (10:00am) – CB - Followed with lunch and a band fun day (skating or bowling)

• Tues. May 12 @ FBA – MS Solo and Ensemble  (4:00-6:00pm) – BB/CB (select students) Students billed $15 accompanist fee &/or $4/event. SB (band council) helps run the event.

• Thurs. May 21 @ Selma Stagecoach Park – End of the Year Band Picnic (4:00-7:00pm) – ALL - Mrs. Conard will send out a sign-up form through sign-up genius for various paper and food items to be brought. 

• Fri. July 24 @ Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center - "Student Day" at TX Bandmasters' Association Convention - (all day) - RECOMMENDED for Band Officers ($15/student + lunch money) STUDENT DAY INFO
